Design Story

The hierarchy here is textbook. Twin charging bulls sit at the top as the visual anchor, then the eye drops through the RB crest wreathed in gold, into a skyline of harbour towers rendered in fine engraved lines, and finally onto a low, wide open-wheel car drawn head-on at the base. Underneath, MONACO in gold with NIGHT EDITION in red closes the column. Everything is symmetrical, framed by art-deco borders and diamond corner motifs, so the composition feels composed rather than loud. The contrast does the heavy lifting: warm gold against near-black navy, with red used sparingly enough that it still registers as an accent.

Use & Experience

On a tall tumbler silhouette the layout is ideal — a vertical stack of focal points that stays readable as the wraparound composition turns. The dark field gives the gold room to breathe, the handle and lid pick up the navy-and-red palette, and the whole thing carries like a bold graphic accessory rather than a shouty one.
